Look Good Raw has been born out of a desire to help others find and embrace their ‘raw’ authentic self. I believe the secret to unlocking your ‘raw’ magnificence starts with what you feed your body and mind. I hope to inspire you to ‘look’ at food in a way that not only provides you with ‘good’ nutrition but also brings you closer to the ‘raw’ you.
To me a ‘raw’ approach to food is not about raw foodism! It is about embracing a philosophy of Respect Awareness and Wisdom.

Experience as a Dietitian and Nutritionist has shown me that nutritional wisdom comes from the principles of Whole Food Nutrition. At its simplest level this means eating food how nature intended… REAL food that comes from plants and animals, rather than a factory. There should be no need for a lengthy ingredient list or food label.
